Vitapex糊剂治疗感染性牙根管的疗效观察

Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of Vitapex paste on the infected root canal

目的:评价Vitapex糊剂充填感染根管的临床疗效。方法:将214例222颗感染性患牙随机分为A、B两组,各107例。A组用Vitapex糊剂充填根管,B组用氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填根管。结果:治疗后随访,Vitapex组观察112颗牙,氧化锌丁香油糊剂组110颗牙,前者对于感染性根管治疗的有效率高于后者(P=0.017),Vitapex糊剂组超充糊剂吸收率显著高于氧化锌丁香油糊剂组(P=0.016)。结论:Vitapex糊剂临床操作简便,充填感染根管的临床疗效优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of infected root canals with Vitapex paste.Methods 214 patients with 222 infected teeth,deviding into 2 groups,were treated by root canal therapy.The A group was filled with the Vitapex paste,the B group with zinc exide olive oil paste.Results After follow-up,the effective rate of guoup A was highel than that of group B （P=0.017）,and the absorption rate of the over-filled pastesin group A were significantly lower thanthose of group B （P=0.016）.Conclusion Vitapex paste is effective in the treatment of infected root canals.
