龋活跃性检测方法的临床应用进展 被引量:6

The clinical application of caries activity test in patients with orthodontic treatment

摘要 大多数接受口腔正畸治疗的患者,特别是佩戴固定矫治器的患者,因其牙齿表面粘接了固定托槽,不易于口腔自洁措施的实施等原因,其龋病发生的危险性相对较大.有研究表明,正畸儿童在戴用固定矫治器的治疗过程中,由于酸蚀使托槽周围牙釉质脱矿;加之粘接在牙面上的矫治器附件妨碍对局部的清洁和口腔自洁作用,导致矫治器附件周围食物残渣滞留、菌斑堆积,更易诱发龋病[1].
