组织信息传递灰色GERT网络模型及其应用

Grey GERT Network Model and Its Application in organizational Information Transfer

根据组织内部信息传递实际情况扩展了"信息传递通道"的含义,描述了三种不同的信息传递方向及其信息传递失真情况;考虑组织个体间信息传递存在概率问题,构建了一种新的组织信息传递灰色GERT网络模型;将GERT网络技术与灰色理论相结合,运用灰色理论将信息传递参数用标准区间灰数表征;同时,将信号流图理论梅森公式与标准区间灰数运算规则结合,提出了灰色GERT网络模型的解析算法;最后,以职能制组织结构模式下的信息传递为案例对模型和算法进行演示,可以得到组织任意两个个体间信息传递参数的解析解,为组织决策者提供定量支持。

According to the actual situation of information transfer in the organization, it expands the meaning of Information Transfer Channel, and describes three different information transfer directions and their information distortion. Considering the individual information transfer in organizations existing probability, it constructs a new organization Information Transfer Gray GERT Network Model. By combining the GERT network technology with the Gray Theory, according to the Grey Theory, it uses the standard interval grey numbers to characterize the parameter of information transfer in network. At the same time, it integrates the Signal Flow Diagram Theory and the standard interval grey numbers operation rules, puts forward the analytical algorithm of the model of Grey GERT network. Finally, it chooses the transfer of information in the organizational structure mode of the functional system structure as a case, demonstrates the model and algorithm, get the analytic solution of information transfer between any two individuals in organization, provides quantitative supports for the organization＇s decision makers.
