家庭食品安全行为高风险群体辨识研究 被引量:7

摘要 家庭是全食物链的重要环节,也是我国食物中毒的高发场所。全国性的问卷调查结果表明,消费者的食品安全意识较差,家庭食物准备过程中存在着较高的食品安全风险隐患,农村、低收入、受教育程度较低的消费者需要被重点关注。卫生、疾病防控等部门应该将加强家庭食品安全教育和干预工作作为一项重要任务,并且在干预模式设计、干预渠道和干预内容的选择上切实考虑上述群体的特点。
