资源型城市循环经济系统规划中核心产业的选择研究

Research on the Selection of the Core Industries in Resource-Based Cities Recycling Economy System Planning

以生态学为理论基础的循环经济是实现区域经济可持续发展的有效途径,这一观点已成为国内外共识。而在循环经济系统规划中,核心产业的选择是重点,它大致可以确定整个城市,甚至整个区域的发展方向和发展路径,直接关系到循环经济的实施效果。以生态学理论为依据,在总结有关学者关于循环经济系统规划中核心产业选择方法的基础上,提出了以相关矩阵赋权法和区域产业规划相结合的方法来确定循环经济系统中的核心产业,并以邯郸市为例进行了实证分析,以期为城市产业规划,实现区域可持续发展提供参考。

Ecology-based recycling economy is an effective way to achieve sustainable development of regional economy. And this view has become the consensus both at home and abroad. In the planning of recycling economy system, the selection of core industries is the key point. It can roughly determine the development direction and way of the whole city even the whole region. Moreover, it＇s directly related to the effect of recycling economy. After summary related scholars＇ ideas about the method to select core industries in the planning of recycling economy system, this paper, based on ecology theory, propose the method that combine both correlation matrix weighing method and regional industry planning to determine the core industries in recycling economy system. This paper also involve the example of Handan to provide a reference to the city industry planning and achievement of the regional sustainable development.
