运用层次分析法对跨国代工污染转移冲突的探讨

Research on the Transnational OEM Confl ict by Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process

在经济全球化的背景下,发达国家将高能耗、高污染的产业转移到发展中国家,带走廉价的产品和丰厚的利润,却留下被污染的环境。运用层次分析法从跨国代工污染转移现状出发,分析跨国代工污染转移进程中本土代工企业为核心的关联圈内,区域公众、当地政府和跨国公司与代工企业之间的冲突,对于不同冲突的影响因素,进行定量分析,得到跨国代工污染转移冲突影响因素的权重。

Under the background of economic globalization, high energy consumption, high pollution industries developed countries are transferred to developing countries. Polluted environment are leaved and cheap products and rich profits are carried off. In this paper, the method of analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the conflict between regional public, local government and the Multi-National Corporation and the foundry enterprises, starting from the status of the transfer of international OEM pollution, and core related ring local OEM as the center. The different conflict affecting factors are quantitatively analyzed, and 11 factors influence weight of the transnational OEM pollution transfer conflict are gotten.
