尽管胃肠间质瘤（GIST）的年发病率仅为1-2／10万．但中老年人群中1cm以下的微小GIST检出率却可达3％～35％。这些小体积的GIST常见于胃中上部．并可检测到KIT或PDGFRA基因突变。本文将全面介绍这些小体积GIST的临床病理特点以及临床处置策略。

The incidence of gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST） is 1-2 per 100 000. Micro GIST with a size less than 1 em are found in 3%-35% elderly population. These small-size GIST are usually located in the middle or upper stomach, with gain-function KIT or PDGFRA mutation. In this review, the clinicopathological features and management of these small-size GISTs are discussed.
