摘要
文中针对历史文化名城管理与应用对三维信息化建设的需求,依托高精度地面三维激光扫描、移动道路测量、全景影像、3D虚拟现实等技术,对历史建筑、历史文化街区、历史风貌区、历史文化名镇名村和传统村落进行全方位、多视角的精细测绘与三维建模,并搭建数字化名城保护信息管理平台,为历史文化名城保护信息化建设提供创新型解决方案。
According to the requirements of 3D information construction management and application of historical and cultural city, and relying on high accuracy of terrestrial 3D laser scanning, mobile mapping, panoramic image, 3D and virtual reality technology, an all-round, multi angle fine mapping and 3D modeling is made on the historical buildings, historical and cultural blocks, historic district, famous historical and cultural towns and villages and traditional villages. And an information management platform of digital city protection is established, which provides an innovative information construction solution to protecting historical and cultural city.
