侧向拉力螺钉技术治疗髁突囊内矢状骨折的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨侧向拉力螺钉技术治疗髁突囊内矢状骨折的应用及疗效。方法:对22例患者(30侧)髁突囊内矢状骨折经耳前途径行髁突游离复位。结果:术后三维CT示骨折断端对位对线良好,髁突解剖复位。患者手术切口均为一期愈合,未见感染发生,4周后复查患者咬合关系均正常,术后1年张口度均恢复正常。结论:侧向拉力螺钉固定髁突囊内矢状骨折的方法简便可靠、疗效确切,并发症少。 Objective To investigate the clinical application and curative effect of lateral lag screw technique in fixing sagittal intracapsular condylar fractures.Methods 30 condyles with intracapsular sagittal fracture of 22 cases were fixed using lateral lag screw technique.Results Three-dimensional CT postoperative showed anatomical reduction of the condylar fractures were fine.All operative incisions had first intention healing,with no incisional infection.Occluding relation of all patients were fine after 4 weeks,and mouth opening degree were normal.Conclusion Lateral lag screw technique is a simple and effectivet reatment in fixing sagittal intracapsular condylar fracture.
