摘要
目的:观察七菊芦荟饮对黄褐斑模型小鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用紫外线照射法建立黄褐斑小鼠模型,观察七菊芦荟饮对黄褐斑模型小鼠皮肤组织和血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及酪氨酸酶含量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,七菊芦荟饮低、中、高剂量组的皮肤及血液中SOD活性明显增高,MDA、酪氨酸酶含量明显降低,且有显著性差异。结论:七菊芦荟饮对紫外线照射引起的黄褐斑模型小鼠具有较好的保护和治疗作用。
Objective Discussing the therapeutic effect of The Potion of Pseudo-ginseng Chrysanthemum Aloes to chloasma mouse model induced by UV irradiation.Methods The model mice of chloasma had been set up by ultraviolet irradiation,with the xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid method for detection of SOD activity and MDA content.The content of tyrosinase measured by spectrophotometer.Results Compared with the model group,the SOD activity increased and the MDA and monophenyl oxidase content decreased in the group of the potion of pseudo-ginseng chrysanthemum aloes.Conclusion The Potion of Pseudo-ginseng Chrysanthemum Aloes has protective and therapeutic effect on chloasma model induced by UV irradiation.
