儿童恒牙外伤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of children's teeth trauma

目的：儿童恒牙外伤病例的临床分析,总结儿童恒牙外伤的特点.方法：对2011 ～ 2012年咸阳儿童医院儿童口腔科收治20例7～12岁儿童恒牙外伤后38颗牙,经牙冠树脂修复、活髓切断术、松牙固定术等治疗.结果：经1～2年随访观察,38颗牙经治疗愈合良好36颗,2颗仍在愈后随访中,成功率为94％.结论：儿童恒牙外伤对儿童的牙齿生长发育,咬合关系等会产生重要影响,积极治疗和预防是非常重要的.

Objective Clinical analysis of children＇s permanent teeth trauma cases,summarization of the characteristics of the children＇s permanent teeth trauma.Methods During 2011～2012,Department of stomatology in XianYang children＇s hospital collected 20 cases of permanent teeth trauma of children aged between 7 and 12 years,there were 38 teeth in total.After the resin repair of dental crown,live pith amputation,loose tooth fixation and other treatments.Results we did a 1～2 year follow-up,it showed that 36 out of 38 teeth were healed,2 teeth are still in treatment,the success rate is 94％.Conclusion Children＇s permanent teeth trauma plays an important role on children＇s teeth growth and occluding relation,active treatment and prevention are very important.
