改良复合树脂联合根管钉法修复中重度磨牙缺损的疗效观察

Clinical evaluation of improved method with composite resin and canal pin restoration in the seriously damaged molar

目的:观察改良复合树脂联合根管钉法修复中重度磨牙缺损的临床疗效。方法:收集中重度缺损的磨牙120颗,60颗采用铸造金属桩核冠修复,60颗采用改良复合树脂联合根管钉法修复,修复完成后1年进行回访观察。结果:改良复合树脂联合根管钉修复组成功率为96.6%,铸造金属桩核冠组成功率为98.3%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良复合树脂联合根管钉法用于修复中重度缺损磨牙效果良好,具有费用低,疗程短的优点。但由于本研究观察期较短,远期效果有待进一步观察。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of improved method with composite resin and canal pin restoration in the seriously damaged molar.Methods 60 teeth were restored with cast metal post and core crown and 60 teeth with improved method with composite resin and canal pin.The recall were done 1 year later.Results The success rate of improved method with composite resin and canal pin group was 96.6％,while the cast metal post and core crown group was 98.3％.Therewas no obvious difference between the two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Improved method with composite resin and canal pin provides the dentist with another treatment choice for the seriously damaged molar,but longer time observation of restoration is necessary.
