基于消费者价值观的手段目标链模型分析消费者交通工具选择 被引量:2

摘要 手段目标链是研究消费者价值观的一种方法,它把产品属性、消费结果和消费者价值观结合起来分析消费者行为,重点考察消费者的价值观的作用,它从心理学的角度来解释消费者价值观与产品特性关系。目前,该模型在研究消费者行为领域得到广泛应用,尤其是在市场营销领域。在交通系统迅速发展的今天,消费者出行可供选择的交通工具多种多样,究竟选择哪种交通工具是由多种因素决定的,其中消费者的心理因素有不可忽视的影响。本文首先介绍了基于消费者价值观的手段目标链模型,然后分析了消费者选择交通工具的决定因素,最后借用该理论对消费者的选择行为进行了分析。
