系统性自身免疫性风湿病自身抗体检测进展及评价 被引量:3

摘要 系统性自身免疫性风湿病(systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases,SARDs)是一类由机体对自身抗原发生免疫反应导致产生自身组织损伤而累及人体各系统组织和器官的全身性疾病,临床表现复杂多样.诊断除依据特征性的临床表现外,主要依靠实验室检查,其中自身抗体的检测最为重要,因为SARDs具有其独特的免疫学特征,可以检测出患者体内多种器官特异性和非特异性自身抗体,对疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断、病情评估、治疗及预后判断等都有非常重要的临床应用价值.
