摘要 结合多年来液压支架制造和低合金高强度结构钢钢板焊接的经验,从焊接作业环境、焊接作业人员、焊接设备、焊接用工艺装备、焊接材料等焊接作业条件的选用,焊接电流、焊接电压、干伸长度、焊接速度、气体流量、焊接预热措施、焊后热处理方法等焊接工艺参数的选用以及焊接方法、焊接顺序、焊接检验等焊接过程的控制,多方面提出了一套较完整的工艺规程并付诸实施,取得了良好的效果。 Combined with the experience of hydraulic support manufacture and steel welding of low-alloy and high strength structural steel, from welding operation condition selection of welding operation environment, welding operation personnel, welding equipment, welding technology equipment and welding material, etc., welding technology parameter selection of welding current, welding voltage, extension length, welding speed, gas flow, welding preheating measure and heat treatment method after welding, etc., welding process control of welding method, welding order and welding inspection, etc., a more completed technical procedure is proposed from many aspects and is implemented, good result has been achieved.
