颞叶结合型局灶性脑皮质发育不良超微结构分析 被引量:7

摘要 局灶性脑皮质发育不良(focal cortical dysplasia,FCD)是难治性癫痫的重要病因,经手术治疗的75%以上的儿童癫痫术后病理证实为FCD,是儿童癫痫的首要病因.约20%的成人癫痫存在FCD,全体人群中约50%的癫痫患者是因各种不同类型的FCD所引起[1].
