腰大池持续引流术后枕骨大孔疝2例报告 被引量：6

摘要 腰大池持续引流是神经外科临床中应用广泛的一种治疗方法,不仅能引流脑脊液,降低颅内压,还能鞘内注药,而且还可促进脑脊液循环通路的通畅,用于颅内感染、颅脑损伤后脑脊液漏、切口脑脊液漏、脑室内出血等疾病,取得了良好的效果.但其引起慢性脑疝等严重并发症尚未引起重视,现将腰大池持续引流术后枕骨大孔疝的2例患者的治疗情况报告如下.
