摘要 目的探讨Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者BAG-1、p53蛋白表达与新辅助化疗疗效之间的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学法检测57例Ⅲ期NSCLC患者BAG-1、p53蛋白表达水平,并研究上述指标的表达与新辅助化疗疗效之间的关系。结果 BAG-1的表达与NSCLC的分化程度有关(P<0.05),BAG-1与p53蛋白的表达无相关性(r=-0.136,P>0.05)。BAG-1表达与新辅助化疗疗效无相关性(P>0.05),p53表达与新辅助化疗疗效无相关性(P>0.05),BAG-1与p53共同表达与新辅助化疗疗效无相关性(P>0.05)。结论化疗前Ⅲ期NSCLC患者BAG-1与p53均表达阳性者较阴性者新辅助化疗有效率低,但差异无统计学意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of BAG-1 and p53 and the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Fifty seven patients with stage III NSCLC receiving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy were enrolled in the study. The expression of BAG-1 and p53 was detected by immunohistochemistry and the correlation of the expression of BAG-1 and p53 and the response rate of chemotherapy was analyzed. Results The expression of BAG-1 was significantly correlated with the differentiated degree of NSCLC(P 〈0, 05 ). The expression of BAG-1 and p53 was not correlated with each other( r = - 0. 136,P 〉 0.05 ). The expression of both BAG-I and p53 was not correlated with the efficacy of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of BAG-1 and p53 has no correlation with the response rate of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with stage III NSCLC.
