脑肿瘤患者认知功能障碍的研究现状及进展 被引量：8

摘要 认知功能障碍是颅内肿瘤常见症状之一，而持续性认知功能损害则严重影响患者的生活质量及疾病预后。目前的研究发现其发生机制可能与认知基因异常表达、炎症介质介导的免疫反应有关，并且临床上也证实针对脑肿瘤的各种治疗方法也可能引起或加重认知功能损害。目前国内外有关脑肿瘤认知功能障碍的研究较少，本文就近年来有关脑肿瘤认知功能障碍的临床表现、发病机制、与脑肿瘤的关系以及认知损害的影响因素等方面进行综述。
