关节镜下单隧道双束Femoral Intrafix固定重建前交叉韧带临床疗效初步研究

Short-term Clinical Outcome of ACL Reconstruction Using Single-tunnel Double-bundle Methods with Femoral Intrafix System

目的：探讨关节镜下单隧道双束Femoral Intrafix固定重建前交叉韧带（ACL）早期疗效。方法：对15例ACL损伤患者行关节镜下单隧道前内侧束与后外侧束双束解剖重建，采用双束重建股骨端固定系统（Femoral IntrafixSystem）固定股骨隧道，术后定期随访和进行关节功能评估。结果：本组患者均获得随访，随访时间6～12个月。Lysholm评分由（48．6±5．8）分提高到末次随访时（96．4±6．2）分，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；IKDC评分。术后评分为A级9例，B级5例，C级1例，总体优良率93．3％。结论：关节镜下单隧道双束Femoral Intrafix固定是一种可靠的ACL重建方法，操作简单，固定牢固．术后随访近期疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the results of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） reconstruction using single-tunnel double-bundle methods with Femoral Intrafix. Methods Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with double bundles （anteromedial and posterolateral bundles）of femoral tendon allografts using the fixation of Femoral Intrafix System in the femoral tunnel was performed in fifteen patients with ACL injury in our hospital. The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation. Results The Lysholm scores increased from pre-operative 48.6±5.8 to 96.4±6.2 at the last follow-up（P 〈 0.01）. There was 93.3% excellent and good rate in this clinical setting,including grade A in 9 cases ,.grade B in 5 cases and grade C in 1 case according to the IDKC （International Knee Documentation Committee）. Conclusions Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using single-tunnel doublebundle method with Femoral Intrafix System fixation is a reliable technique,easy to operate and has satisfactory short-term clinical outcome for knee function recovery.
