速度型间歇训练的生物学效应研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 速度型间歇训练(Sprint interval training,SIT)方案中的单次运动强度极高,可对人体产生更强的刺激,从而在短时间内获得相对显著的训练效果。持续时间两周以上的SIT可通过特定的信号通路促进线粒体生物合成,提高机体的合成代谢水平,改善运动骨骼肌局部血流能力和能量代谢效率,从整体上提高有氧和无氧运动能力。由于消耗较少的能量便可产生与耐力训练相同的效果,SIT是一种更加经济的训练方法,未来将在竞技体育运动训练和全民健身中得到更为广泛的研究和应用。
