摘要
教师教学效果评价是教学质量评价的重要组成部分 ,也是应用得最普遍的一种评价方式。对教师教学效果评价现状和评价指标体系的研究和分析 。
The evaluation of teachers' teaching effect is the most important part of the evaluation of teaching quality and is also used as a most universal way for evaluating indexes in school management. The evaluation of teaching effect presupposes the establishment of index-evaluating system and method. This paper has studied and analyzed the present situation of the evaluation of teachers' teaching effect and the index-evaluating system, which can promote teachers to reflect theoretically upon the practice of evaluation of teachers' teaching effect.
