摘要
:学生之间的人际互动在实践中往往是不被重视的 ,但它却是制约教育成效的关键因素。学生互动行为具有一贯性、调适性的特点 ,它不仅能够促进学生的社会化进程 ,同时对提高学生的教育抱负和学习成绩具有重要意义。影响学生互动效果的因素主要包括性别、体形、性格。
The human interaction among students is always neglected in practice,but is the key factor that restricts the effect of education.Student's interactive behavior has two features:consistence and management,which not only can promote the student's social process,but has important sense to improve student's expectance.The factors that influence student's interactive effect include:sex、build、disposition and space distance etc.
