摘要
目的对火箭电泳法用于检测ACYW135群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的多糖含量和多糖分子大小进行验证。方法用化学法和火箭电泳法分别检测ACYW135群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的多糖含量和多糖分子大小,统计学分析两种方法的检测结果。结果两种方法的检测结果差异无统计学意义。结论火箭电泳法可以用于检测ACYW135群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的多糖含量和多糖分子大小。
Objective To validate the rocket immunoelectrophoresis in detection of the content and molecule size of poly-saccharides in ACYW135 meningococcal poly-saccharide vaccine .Methods The content and molecule size of polysaccha-rides in ACYW135 meningococcal poly-saccharide vaccine were separately detected by chemical methods and rocket immu-noelectrophoresis , and the results were statistically analyzed .Results The results of the two methods have no significant difference .Conclusion The rocket immunoelectrophoresis can be used to determine the content and molecule size of poly -saccharides in ACYW135 meningococcal poly-saccharide vaccine .
