摘要
利用硫印试验、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段研究了耐候钢Q450NQR1拉伸分层试样的夹杂物和显微组织,寻求产生拉伸分层的原因。结果表明:耐候钢Q450NQR1板厚中心存在严重的S、Mn的偏析,偏析带处的Nb、Ti、Cr元素较正常部位高,严重的中心偏析为心部的珠光体带状组织的出现创造了条件,条带状的MnS夹杂容易在拉伸应力作用下出现开裂,从而产生分层现象。
The inclusion and microstructure in tensile stratified sample of weathering steel Q450NQR1 were studied by means of sulfur print test,metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spec- trum analysis to explore the cause of lamination in tensile specimen. The results show that higher segregation of S and Mn exist center of weathering steel Q450NQR1 slab. Nb, Ti and Cr contents are higher in the segregation band than other positions. Serious center segregation favors the appearance of pearlite banded structure, and banded MnS inclusion appears to crack easily in the tensile stress, thus causing the stratification.
