摘要
知识素质指的是一个人在知识方面的基本品质 ,主要包括一个人的知识价值观、对待知识的基本态度以及获取和应用知识的方法与能力等 ,也包括一个人的知识结构。知识价值观可分为“装饰论”、“工具论”、“资源论”三类。知识经济时代的知识素质具备一系列新的特征 ,除此而外 。
Knowledge quality refers to the basic quality one owns in terms of knowledge, mainly including the value outlook and basic attitude towards knowledge as well as the method and ability of knowledge acquisition and application. The value outlook of knowledge can be classified into such three categories as “decoration theory”,“tool theory”and“natural-resources theory”.The knowledge quality in the Knowledge-Economy Age must be characterized by such new qualities,so must the structure of knowledge.
