摘要
:信息社会信息化人才的培养有赖于教育的信息化。教育信息化需要新型的教师。为培养新型的教师 ,应采取以下对策 :改革师范教育的课程体系和教学内容 ,培养师范生作为未来新型教师应具备的信息素质 ;加强对在职教师的信息技术培训 ,提高他们的信息化水平 ,使他们由传统教师向新型教师转变 ;帮助教师学会学习和研究 。
The training of informationizing talent based on educational informationizing. The educational informationizing wants new techers. we must take a whole set of measures to train new teachers ,such as reform the curriculum system and teaching contents of the teachers' education,strengthening the in-service teachers' information-techniques training, help the teachers to study and research, etc.
