1965年问世的佳能7旁轴胶片相机，是佳能最后一款35mm可更换镜头高级旁轴相机，当年在所有采用M39螺口的旁轴相机中，佳能7堪称是最先进的，可与当时红极一时的徕卡M系列旁轴相机相媲美。佳能7的设计在佳能P的基础上又有了一定的改变，体积稍大了一些，测距仪基线长度由佳能P的41mm增加到了59mm。

Born in 1965,Canon 7 Model is one of the last 35 mm Canon senior paraxial replaceable lens camera.Canon 7 is the most advanced camera with the M39 paraxial camera in the year1965,which is comparable with the well-known Leica M series paraxial camera.
