The keys to prevention of setbacks are to have a correct perspective of setbacks,to self-adjust life goal, to chasten will-power, to evaluate oneself properly, and control moods with a view to self perfection. Meanwhile, attention must be paid to self-adjustments in setback defense, setback psychology and setback pressure.
