摘要
为研究温拌剂对橡胶改性沥青降黏的效果,研究了4种温拌剂(Sasobit,Asphaltan A,Asphaltan B和Licomont)对橡胶改性沥青性能的影响。对50号基质沥青和橡胶改性沥青(15%橡胶粉)进行了旋转黏度、软化点、针入度和弹性恢复的试验,分析了不同用量的温拌剂对上述试验结果的影响。结果表明:4种温拌剂均可以降低橡胶改性沥青的黏度,提高软化点和减少针入度;但对橡胶改性沥青的弹性恢复影响并不明确。
In order to evaluate the effect of warm mix agent on the rubber modified asphalt viscosity, four types of warm mix agent (Sasobit, Asphaltan A, Asphaltan B and Licomont) are studied. Rotational viscosity, softening point, penetration and elastic recovery test are conducted for No. 50 asphalt and rubber modified asphalt (15% rubber powder), and the affection under different amounts of warm mix agent is analyzed. The results showed that all the four warm mix agents can lower the viscosity of the rubber modified asphalt, improve the softening point and reduce penetration degree, whereas the rubber modified asphalt elastic recovery effect is not clear.
