摘要
通过研究不同级配(悬浮密实级配和骨架密实级配)和不同压实标准(重型击实和振动压实)下的水泥稳定碎石材料性能发现:在相同的集料级配下,采用振动压实取代重型击实作为压实标准,可以提高水泥稳定碎石的材料性能。而级配对水泥稳定碎石材料强度的影响则分两种情况:在重型击实的压实标准下,采用骨架密实级配会降低材料的强度;在振动压实的压实标准下,采用骨架密实级配可以提高材料的强度。
Through studies to performance of cement stabilized crushed stone base materials with different gradations (the floating dense gradation and framework dense gradation) and compaction standards (heavy compaction and vibration compaction), it is found that: under the same aggregate gradation, using the vibration compaction instead of heavy compaction as the compaction standard can improve the performance of cement stabilized crushed stone material, and the influence of gradation to the strength can be divided into two situations: under the heavy compaction, the skeleton dense gradation could reduce the strength of cement stabilized crushed stone material, however under the vibration compaction, skeleton dense gradation could improve the strength.
