废旧胶粉掺加量对基质沥青性能的影响

Influence of Waste Powder Amount to Performance of Different Grade of Asphalt

通过常规试验和黏韧性、弹性恢复试验研究了胶粉掺量对不同等级基质沥青改性的性能影响，结果表明：掺加胶粉到不同等级的基质沥青中，性能都有较大的提升，其中高标号的沥青具有更明显的改善效果；胶粉掺量在18％～24％的范围里，橡胶沥青性能较好，20％是AS70胶粉改性沥青的最优掺量，22％是AS90胶粉改性沥青的最优掺量。

By regular experiments, adhesive toughness and elastic recovery tests, affect of powder content on performance of different levels of asphalt is studied. The results show that after mixing powder into different grade of asphalt, its performance has been significantly improved, and high--grade asphalt has more obvious improvement; when mixing percentage of powder ranging from 18% to 24%, the rubber asphalt performance is fairly good, and 20% and 22% are respectively the optimal mixing percentage for AST0 and AS90 powder modified asphalt.
