《关于若干历史问题的决议》既是中共第一次系统性地总结党的历史经验,也是第一个对中共成立以来的若干重大历史问题进行反思并作出结论的决议。受中共中央委托,任弼时负责召集组织起草历史决议。他凭借深厚的马克思主义理论功底、坚强的党性修养、缜密的组织工作,广纳各方意见,倾注个人智慧,为历史决议的形成作出了杰出贡献。本文围绕任弼时与历史决议形成涉及的一些深层次问题进行探讨,从受命于然、倾力而备、精心组织、思想贡献等方面进行阐释,凸显任弼时对历史决议诞生所作的历史性贡献,揭示任弼时的政治风范、科学思想、崇高品格与务实作风。

＂The Resolutions for Certain Historical Issues＂ is the resolution not only systematically summarized the CPC＇ s historical experience, but also reflected certain important historical problems since the establishment of the CPC. Under the CPC Central Commission＇ s entrust, Ren Bishi was in charge of convening to organize and draft the ＂Resolution＂. He relied on the solid theory foundation of Marxism, strong party spirit accomplishment and meticulous organization, widely absorbed different views of different parties and had put into his personal wisdom, which made outstanding contributions to the formation of the ＂Resolution＂. This article discussed some problems involving Ren Bishi and the formation of the ＂Resolution＂, highlighted Ren Bishi＇ s historic contribution to the birth of ＂resolution＂ and revealed the Ren Bishi＇ s politics manners, scientific thought, noble character and practical style of work.
