摘要
在三维有摩擦弹性接触边界元法的基础上,采用Hertz接触理论对滚动体与轴承内、外圈的接触宽度进行修正,编制了轴承边界元法专用Fortran源程序。对轧机四列圆锥滚子轴承系统施加不同轴向力大小与方向时,轴承径向和轴向载荷的分布进行了数值模拟,得到轴向力对四列圆锥滚子轴承载荷分布的影响规律。
Based oll the three dimensional elastic contact Boundary Eement Method (BEM) with frieation, the ttertz cnntact theoey is used to revise the contact widths of rollers with inner race and outer race, and the Fortran program of Bearing Boundary Element Method is complied. When different direction and value of axial force are applied to the mill tbur-row conical roller bearing, the distribution of radi^d and axial load are simulated, with which the influence rules of axial force on the load distribution of four-row conical roller bearing are obtained.
