摘要
在机架与滑块之间放入了一块楔块,改变了传统曲柄压力机的结构与性能,这就是楔式压力机。本文首先分析了楔块式热模锻压力机的结构、工作特性及核心件的设计,采用正偏置的"曲轴+楔块"传动机构,改善了其运动特性和受力状态,由冲击动载荷变成了静压力,建立了楔式压力机周期运动学数学模型,并应用程序自动计算、绘制位移、速度、加速度变化规律曲线图,满足了对速度敏感的低塑性合金的锻压成形要求,为制定锻造工艺、设计设备工装、模具等提供了十分重要的数据。
Placed a wedge between the frame and the slider, the traditional structure and properties of crank press is changed, which is so called the wedge presses . This paper analyzes the wedge-type hot forging press structure , operating characteristics and core parts of the design , With positive bias" crank + wedge" transmission mechanism, the motion characteristics and stress state is improved, and the impact of dynamicing load is changed into a static pressure. A wedge-type press cyclic kinematic model is established and the software is applied for automatically calculating and drawing the displacement , velocity and acceleration variation curves in order to meet the need for speed sensitive low ductility alloy forging molding. It provides very important data for planning the forging process, designing the equipment and tooling , molds, etc.
