摘要
高校在职研究生英语教师兼具教师与研究生的特征。他们一方面具备一定的教师认知和教师专长,另一方面具有系统建构知识、提升学术能力的需求。本研究在相关理论的基础上,设计了"以研究为导向"输入带动输出的互动教学模式,进行了9周研究生外语教育理论与实践课程实践。研究结果表明,该模式有助于在职研究生英语教师提升学术认知,培养行动研究能力,发展学术能力。
In-service postgraduate English teachers at universities are postgraduates as well as teachers. On the one hand, they have certain teacher cognition and expertise; on the other hand, they have the need to acquire knowledge systematically and improve academic competence. Based on the relevant theories, this study designs an " input- interaction-output" teaching model with the research orientation, and applies the model to a 9-week postgraduate pro- gram of foreign language education theories and practice. The findings from the study prove that the model is benefi- cial for the in-service postgraduate English teachers to enhance their understanding of academic research, improve their ability to do action research, and develop their academic competence.
