摘要
进入21世纪,随着许多发展中国家办学规模的不断扩大,教师短缺、流失问题在发展中国家蔓延。教师动机作为动机研究的一个新兴议题渐入人们的视野。就其研究现状而言,可将教师动机作为一个整体考虑,按照起主要作用的是外在动机还是内在动机,分为工作量和工作挑战、薪酬和奖励、社会声望、问责制度、教师职业发展、制度环境、教师话语权、学习材料和设施等八个类别对教师动机进行分析。
With the continuous expansion of school size in many developing countries, the shortage of teachers and teachers' outflow spread in developing countries. As an emerging issue of motivation researches, teacher motivation has been getting into people's vision of re- search, in terms of its current researching situation, the teacher motivation considered as a whole, is to play a major role in accordance with extrinsic motivation or intrinsic motivation, and has been analyzed in such eight categories as workload, challenges faced during working, remuneration and reward, social prestige, accountability, teacher professional development, institutional environment, the right to speak, learning materials and facilities.
