摘要
近年来,美国兴起了驻校型薄弱校师资(UTR)培养项目,该项目与教师专业发展学校(PDS)模式在培养对象与目标、培养阶段以及某些具体要求方面存在差别。UTR项目主要包括四方面的内容,其开展要遵循四个实施原则,还需要从六个方面规范其质量。目前,UTR项目的发展规模和影响力日益增大,在提高薄弱校教师的留任率和胜任力方面效果显著。
Urban Teacher Residency programs (UTR) came into existence recently in the US, which i~ different from the model of Professional Development School. UTR includes four core elements, and four specific principles should be complied with its implementation. There are also six quality standards for UTR. UTR has been developed well in keeping high retention rate and improving teaching competencies of teachers in low-performing schools.
