摘要
20世纪三四十年代,伪满洲国在日军武力的保护下,对辖境内兴安地区的蒙旗学校推行了一系列教科书政策,还先后成立了相应的教科书编纂机构,对于教科书内容方面的设计也做出了一些原则性的规定。然而,这些政策规定在实践层面却遇到不少困难。虽然一些蒙古族教师在实际教学中对于日伪教育宗旨和目标存在有意无意的消极面,但包括兴安学院在内的广大蒙旗初、中等学校都不同程度地贯彻了上述规定。
The puppet Manchuria government carried out a series of textbook policies within the jurisdiction ar- ea of Xingan Mongolian school in the protection of the Japanese force in 1930 -40s, it also set up the correspond- ing organization of textbook compilation, for the design of textbook content, it had also made some principle provi- sions.
