从工业工程视角看学生活动中心布局与流程的优化

Optimization of the Layout and Process of the Student Activities Center from the Perspective of Industrial Engineering

本文以某学校学生活动中心为例,通过运用基础工业工程的思想,采用"5W1H"的方法分析业务办理流程的问题并找出产生问题的根本原因,然后根据"ECRS"四大原则提出了改进业务办理流程的具体方案,并运用现场管理的方法对其现场布置进行了改善,最后对方案进行了评价。

This paper, takes the student activity center in a school as an example, based on the theory of fundamental industrial engineering, analyzes the business process problems by ＆quot;5W1H＆quot; method and find out reasons. The paper also proposes specific scheme of improving business according to＆quot;ECRS＆quot;principle, uses the method of site management to improve the site layout, and evaluate the scheme.
