摘要
本文以数控车削加工中外圆沟槽作为研究对象,分析了FANUC系统宏指令基本编程原理,并结合具体案例,详细介绍了宏指令在特殊零件轮廓加工中的使用方法。通过案例对比,文章还提出了宏指令在特殊零件加工中具有程序简短、修改方便的优点。
This article sets the actual CNC cylindrical trench parts as research object, analyzes the FANUC macro basic programming principles, described the using methods of special macro contour machining parts combined with specific cases. By comparing the case, the article also presents that macro instruction in particular parts machining have the advantages of easy modification and simple programs.
