波音737NG飞机空调温度电桥故障分析

摘要 本文主要针对飞机在运行中出现的典型的空调系统故障,从故障的现象并结合以往经验入手,对可能出现此故障的地方进行逐一排查,并且结合使用波音提供的故障隔离手册(FIM)进行故障依次的排除,发现问题所在。更换部件,通过对原理的了解,并按AMM和FIM手册对其进行综合测试,最后对故障隔离进行了分析总结。 This paper mainly studies the typical faults of air conditioning system in the operation of the aircraft. Based on the fault phenomenon and previous experience, each part that may appear the fault is tested carefully. And combined with the Fault Isolation Manual (FIM) provided by Boeing, the faults are excluded individually, and the problem is found. The defective parts are replaced. And based on the understanding of the principle and according to AMM and FIM manual, comprehensive test is carried on. Finally the fault isolation is summarized.
