企业文化是企业可持续发展的根基。本文着眼企业发展大局,分别从思想层、道德层和行为层三方面,就如何加强电力企业文化建设与创新的课题进行深入分析,旨在深化电力企业文化体制建设,夯实企业可持续发展的根基。
The corporate culture is the foundation of enterprise sustainable development. This paper focuses on the enterprise development, and respectively makes in-depth analysis on how to strengthen the culture construction and innovation of electric power enterprise from the ideological layer, moral layer and behavior layer, aiming to deepen the electric power enterprise culture system construction and strengthen the foundation of enterprise sustainable development.
