摘要
本文分别以塑料成型技术教学团队、塑料新材料应用技术科技创新团队和丰富的学生社团建设的实践,分析了团队建设在高分子材料加工技术专业发展中的作用。
In this paper, according to the practice of the teaching team construction in plastic molding technology, new plastics materials application technology innovation team construction and student scientific organizations building, the effects of team building in the development of polymer processing technology profession are analyzed.
