摘要 [目的]制备10%甲霜灵悬浮种衣剂(FSC),确定最优配方,用于大豆种子包衣防治大豆疫霉根腐病。[方法]通过湿法研磨的加工工艺对10%甲霜灵悬浮种衣剂配方中各个组分进行筛选和优化。通过室内生测和田间试验考察该产品的药效和安全性。[结果]较优配方为甲霜灵10.0%,乙二醇5.0%,有机膨润土1.0%,Span-80 2.0%,Tween-80 2.0%,NNO 4.0%,黄原胶0.3%,SYFMA001 8.0%,RED571 2.0%,苯甲酸钠0.5%,水补足至100.0%。[结论]该制剂各项指标符合悬浮种衣剂的相关标准。室内生测及田间试验结果表明,其对大豆疫霉根腐病具有良好的防效,对大豆种子安全,该产品具有良好的市场应用前景。 [Aims] The optimum formula ofmetalaxyl 10% flowable concentrates for seed coating (FSC) is obtained, which has excellent bioactivity on soybean phytophthora root rot. [Methods] Through wet milling process the components of metalaxyl 10% FSC were screened and optimized. The bioacitivity and safety of the metalaxyl 10% FSC were studied by greenhouse test and field trial. [Results] The optimum formula was as follows: metalaxyl 10.0%, ethylene glycol 5.0%, organobentonite 1.0%, Span-80 2.0%, Tween-80 2.0%, NNO 4.0%, xanthangum 0.3%, SYFMA001 8.0%, RED571 2.0%, sodium benzoate 0.5%, and distilled water up to 100%. [Conclusions] The results of the formulation physical-chemical properties tests show that all terms of metalaxyl 10% FSC met the standards of FSC. The new developed formulation has excellent bioactivity on soybean phytophthora root rot and is safety to soybean seed, which will have broad market prospects.
