摘要
[目的]研究烯啶虫胺在有氧水环境中的生物降解能力。[方法]采用活性污泥呼吸抑制试验、2种快速生物降解测试改良的斯特姆法和呼吸计量法、固有生物降解测试赞恩-慧伦斯法,测定烯啶虫胺对活性污泥中微生物的毒性及其在有氧水环境中的生物降解性。[结果]活性污泥中微生物3 h暴露于1 000 mg/L烯啶虫胺中,呼吸抑制率1.61%、-1.86%、1.15%;28 d烯啶虫胺生物降解率依次为10.31%、9.43%、16.5%。[结论]烯啶虫胺对活性污泥中微生物无抑制作用,在有氧水环境中不易被快速生物降解且不发生初级生物降解过程。
[Aims] The aim is to study biodegradability of nitenpyram in aerobic water environment. [Methods] Activated sludge respiration inhibition test, 2 ready biodegradability tests of CO2 evolution test and manomettric respiremetry test and Zahn-Wellens inherent test were conducted to test the toxicity of nitenpyram to the microorganism in activated sludge and biodegradation of nitenpyram in aerobic water environment. [Results] When the microorganisms in activated sludge were exposed to 1000 mg/L nitenpyram for 3 h, respiratory inhibition rate was 1.61, -1.86 and 1.15%. "[he 28 d biodegradation rate of nitenpyram were 10.31, 9.43 and 16.5% respectively, [Conclusions] Nitenpyram has no effects on the microorganisms in activated sludge. Nitenpyram have not ready biodegradability and primary biodegradation process in the aerobic water.
