高端服务业视角的中国产业控制力提升理论与实证研究

The Theoretical and Empirical Research on the High-Orderer Services Development and Industrial Control Power Enhance

高端服务业可以通过提升企业绩效、产业能级和全球价值链上的地位而提升一国或地区的产业控制力。先从理论上分析高端服务业对产业控制力提升的作用机理,然后建立高端服务业发展与产业控制力提升之间关系模型,并利用1997-2011年数据进行经验研究。结果发现:高端服务业发展与产业控制力之间呈显著的正相关关系,且行业就业人数对产业控制力的作用系数显著为负。这说明,提高产业控制力,单靠我国传统的人力资源优势发挥作用已无法达到。在经济发展越来越依靠科技进步和技术生产力的今天,提高人口质量和居民的文化知识水平对于提高产业控制力具有至关重要的作用。此外,固定资产投资的系数显著为正,说明我国的经济发展模式仍然没有摆脱依靠投资驱动的增长战略。因此,通过发展高端服务业转变我国经济增长方式,进而提升我国在国际竞争中的产业控制力是有效的路径之一。

This paper firstly analysis the theoretical mechanism that high- orderer services development improve industry control enhance and thinks that high- orderer services can lift industries control power of a country or region by improve the performance of enterprises,the industry level and the global status of the value chain. Then,this paper constructs the model of high- orderer services development and industrial control power and conduct empirical research using the data of 1997- 2011. The results show there is a significantly positive relationship between high- orderer services development and industry control power enhance. And the industry employment effect on the industry control power is negative coefficients,and significant at the 5% level,which shows that improve the industrial control power cannot rely on China＇s traditional advantage of human resources only,and improving the quality of the population and resident education and cultural knowledge has play a role on industrial control power enhance under the economic development more and more depending on science and technology progress and productivity. In addition,the fixed assets investment is positive and significant at the 1% level,which shows that China＇s economic development model is still not get rid of relying on investment driven growth strategy. Therefore,it is one of the effective paths of transforming China＇s economic growth mode and upgrading the industrial control power our country in international competition power through developing high- orderer services to improve industry control.
