摘要 荷电状态(SOC)估算是电源管理系统的关键技术之一,SOC的精确估算对电池的安全运行和性能维护起着重要作用。依托小型观光电动汽车项目所采用的锂电池系统,提出基于STM32微处理器电池管理系统的SOC算法。综合考虑项目要求和实际锂电池的性能,建立基于新一代汽车合作计划(PNGV)的电池模型,结合电池的工况和特性,研究开路电压和电流积分结合的加权系数法,给出了具体估算SOC的算法流程,并对电池模型和SOC估算算法进行实验验证。 State of charge(SOC) estimation is one of the key technologies of battery management system.Accurate es- timate of SOC plays an important role in safety operation and performance maintenance of battery.Focusing on the lithium-ion battery system of small tour electric vehicles, this paper establishes a SOC estimation algorithm based on battery management system of microcontroller STM32.Given the project requirement and also actual lithium-ion battery performance ,the partnership for a new generation of vehicles(PNGV) model is established.The weighting coefficient method which integrates open-circuit voltage with current integral is researched, taking into account battery working condition and characteristics ,and the specific estimation process of SOC algorithm is presented.Finally,the battery model and SOC estimation algorithm is validated through experiment.
