浅析成都平原有机蔬菜种植过程及发展前景 被引量:4

摘要 随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,人们越来越重视食品安全问题,通过有机蔬菜种植技术培育出的有机蔬菜纯天然、不含任何的农药残留,因此备受消费者的青睐。有机蔬菜对其生产、运输和销售过程都要求“零污染”,同时该蔬菜的种植过程对土壤不存在破坏性伤害,因此可以实现循环种植和持续性的栽培,有效地避免了农药和化肥对土壤造成的板结与破坏作用。
