摘要
为了分析弹道过载对导电纤维丝团的性能影响,以两种丝团为研究对象,通过理论分析及试验进行了研究,得到了丝束在弹道过载作用下的损伤准则及丝团与装填机构发生相对转动的判定准则。通过对丝团进行高过载冲击试验,结果显示,具有轴轮防护结构的丝团可以大大提高丝束抗过载冲击的能力,能够在35 000 g过载的作用下保持结构的完整性。相关结果可以为导电纤维丝团的结构设计及实际应用提供指导作用。
To analyze influence of overload on property of conductive fiber cluster, theoretical and experimental study was researched on two typical clusters, and damage criterion of the fiber under the overload and judging criterion of rotation between clusters and the shell were obtained. Through high overload impact experiments on the clusters, result shows that the protective structure could greatly increase shock resistibi^tity of the cluster, which he)p the cluster maintain structure integrity under overload of 35 I)l)l) g. The results provide guidance to structure design of the conductive fiber cluster and the practical application.
